Interview
When you get selected for an interview they ask if you’re comfortable with the hours. And send an email saying you got the offer or not and when your shift begins and you must complete a whmis workshop.

They ask if you have any past experience in retail. They ask you the behavioural question: “If you had three customers come at the same time to the cashier: A woman with a crying baby with a few items, a man with a full shopping cart and another customer with one item, what order would you let them be in?
