Interview
Interview went well. Typical "Name a time" scenarios. I'd recommend being yourself and use common sense. If you have customer service experience you should have plenty of examples for the questions.

Name a time you had an irate customer. How did you resolve the concern and how did the customer respond?
Online assesments. Then an Interview with the hirring Manager. The One on one video interview was awesome.
Online assesments allowed me to showcase my customer service, technical skills and personality questions.

Tell me about atime you had dealing with an angry customer. What did you do?
The interviewer only asks a few questions about myself in my job history. The questions were very straightforward, and I was contacted within two weeks after. Just be yourself and be very descriptive.
