Walter Surface Technologies interview questions

The HR Director contacted me following my application on Indeed. We discussed the role, and he set up an interview with the direct manager and higher up for the position. HR is very clear and will work hard to get you any specific terms that you are looking for if they are in line with the Company’s values.

Very well organized. Lots of follow-up and professional recruiter. They are using a variety of tools to evaluate their candidates. The first interview by phone (first contact) was long, about 40 minutes and the recruiter did take the time to understand my profile.
