I had a phone interview with Wanzek Construction, I was offered the position two weeks later. Basically asked questions about my work background, my education, and what are my goals.
Easy, lots of behavioral questions. Not much technical. They seem to care more about work ethic and reliability. They like that I had done farm work and went to SDU.
