Interview
Fairly simple and straightforward with a phone interview and then an in person. They explained what the company was about and founded on. They asked the normal questions that you would expect in an interview. It seemed like an odd company though, almost like everyone was afraid to make a decision in fear the owner/upper managers would disapprove of anything that was done.

Interview
I submitted a resume from out of state, upon receipt of an invitation for the interview, I travelled to Houston Texas and visited the office facilities. There I met the lead Project Management staff along with the engineering personnel.
I returned the second day for an interview with the Project Manager I was to be working with. Our personalities were compatible, and it appeared we could work together, so after a few hours on the second day I was offered and accepted the position.
