Washington State Employment Security Department interview questions

Questions were easy. One person on the panel was completely checked out and on their cell phone during the interview which was completely unprofessional. Other panel members were engaged and professional.

The interview process is pretty standard in terms of the public sector. You will be interviewed initially by a group of people that are either on your team or work directly with your team. The 2nd interview will be with the people on your team.
