      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Watershed in Nov 2024

      Interview

I was referred by a former colleague. Joined a recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, provided a work sample, joined a panel interview with cross functional partners (2x CS Leaders, Product, Hiring Manager). They then kept me on the line for 21 days with out a follow up on my candidacy. At the end they did not offer me the role. The HM informed me of some leave, a CS off site and a last minute add to the candidate pipeline which most likely contributed to the delay, I don't think they ran a great recruitment process and don't have full confidence that I was fairly evaluated given the gap between my interviews and the result of my candidacy. Feedback on my candidacy was that I have the strengths, but not the right one leadership is looking for.

      Question 4

What was an example of an enablement program that went well/didn't go well?
      Answer question

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Watershed in Jan 2025

      Interview

I had a really positive interview experience. The recruiter was extremely transparent and supportive. She made me feel very prepared for each step of the process. The process itself was somewhat typical, albeit relatively intense. Overall, they represented the company well and I'm pleased that the transparency and values represented during the interview process have proven to be true of my first few months at the company. The steps I went through were: - Initial screening call - Initial interview from hiring manger - Take home exercise - Review take home exercise with hiring manager - Interview panel, 3 separate back to back interviews: - Methodology interview w. relevant Manager - GTM Alignment interview w Head of Customer - Collaboration interview w PM - Interview with a founder
