I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wawa (Phila, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
I had been a manager with wawa for a year leading up to my promotion to agm. The interview process to become an agm was intense. It took a month of me doing the position in an "acting" role. After a successful month in the acting agm position I interviewed in front of a panel of an area manager, and two general managers. I had been proving i could excel in the position during the previous month so I was very confident going into what turned out to be a casual and pleasant interview for my promotion.
