I applied for the Senior Client Service Associate role in Itasca, IL. The recruiter call went well, but the virtual interview with two team members was disappointing. One kept their camera off, and the other seemed distracted on her phone. There were long silences, repeated questions, and multiple prompts asking if I had questions. One interviewer appeared unsure and lacked confidence, which made the process feel unprepared and unprofessional. I believe having a manager involved in early interview stages would improve the experience, as team members may not always be confident or experienced in interviewing candidates.
