Interview
Online questionnaires and interviews. HR will call you (for some reason he kept calling at odd hours at night) for phone interview, then he sends an email with basic questions about your language and critical thinking skills. Then you are setup an interview with the Research Analyst Department head, and he will ask you some questions about yourself, the company, what kind of work the company does, and basic investment questions. After there is another harder online assessment - mock research questions. I didn't get past this one.

The interview process was pretty informative. A lot of tests are done, including English, critical thinking, research skills, and more. The video interview was really nice, and it felt natural.
