Interview
Overall a very standard interview process. First was a phone interview with the recruiter, who asked very standard questions (why Wealthsimple, salary expectations etc.). Next was an interview with an associate and team lead, and final round was with a senior associate and manager.

Overall, your standard interview questions, nothing too crazy or unexpected.

2. Tell me about a time where you had to use data to improve a process.
3. Tell me about a time you had to lead a project/initiative
There was also a mini-case question where they gave you a situation and you had to talk about how you would approach the problem and solve it.

Interview
1 interview with HR (30 minutes; general questions), 1 interview with a manager (more in depth experience, fit with the role, etc.), 1 case interview with 2 team leads (present the take home case and more questions about fit)
Great interview process and was updated along the whole process. There were a few rounds of interviews along with a take-home assignment. Overall, standard interview process and enjoyed interviewing with the company.
