Wealthsimple Junior Operations Associate interview questions

I was first sent an email for an interview that began with "Thank you for chatting with our team" which I had never done. Secondly, I was told that I would have a call with a hiring manager, but instead had a call with a director who was 20 minutes late. Then I was told I would have a technical interview the next week but then after trying to follow up I received an email from a recruiter who I never spoke to saying I they have decided not to move on. After sending them an email asking what had changed since I was told I would have a technical interview, I heard nothing back. I would rate this as one of the worst interview processes. Clearly Wealth Simple does not value the time, energy or emotions of their candidate.
