Applied through indeed.co.uk, sent cv and covering letter. Received a call for interview invitation after a month. Sent me an email regarding the agenda for the interview. Gave me some time to relax and began with 20 min long physics test (mostly covered by A level physics but also some undergraduate level); asked me what do i know about the company. Then they gave me the presentation of the company, followed by my presentation on my final year project. Asked me technical question. No competency based question. And finally tour of the site. took about 4 hours.
