WebTeks interview questions

The interview was normal questions and answers. The most intriguing part for me was that they did not flinch when I asked them questions. The process of me interviewing them as a company and individually did not put them off. They understood that the interview was happening from both perspectives.

Was very welcoming, asked very good questions and very willing to answer mine. We spent a lot of time discussing my role and details of the companies policy and culture. They also introduced me to the entire staff while I was there including Senior Management. The interviewers were very candid and I appreciated that as I like to know what I am working with up front. That style continued while I was employed and was one of the things I liked best about working there.
