Interview
In my case the problem wasn't the interview or about the english skills.
In my case I'm currently working for a US company so I got the experience and the english speaking, reading and all the things.
The process with them is the following:
1) They will call you to coordinate a metting. In that call they will say you all about the company.
2) A challenge with another Technical Recruiter (No with developer or EM ). You will need to share you screen and do a code challenge sharing your screen and with your camera on, but it's okey I did. In my case, I was applying for Angular Dev they give me 60 minutes to do it. I did in 30 minutes, that was very easy.
3) After that they will send you an email (after 6 days just waiting for them): "Although we find your skills and experience very impressive, we regret to inform you that we cannot advance you to the next stage of the recruitment process".
That's it. Just a waste of your time. They have many vacancies on their website, but from what I saw in the process it is simply wasting your time. (I don't know why there aren't more negative comments).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Webcreek (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Aug 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a person from HR, and scheduled a call with her. Then there was one technical interview with Webcreek's engineer. After that, I was interviewed by the customer's engineers. After a while without hearing from WebCreek staff, I asked for feedback and I was informed that I was approved. I negotiate the conditions with HR through whatsapp. but then, out of the blue, I received an email from another HR person, saying that I was not approved. What? That was really weird. Hopefully, I didn't inform my current employer. Otherwise, it would be worst.
