not very engaging. Sales Director didn't seem to care. Interview took less than 30 minutes. Questions were average. Avoid if possible. Management seemed full of themselves. I didn't get a good feeling about the role.

Person greeting me apologized for interviewer running late as there were so many interviews booked. Felt like they were booking them very 30 mins. Exciting company and the interview felt positive. Within a few days invited to come back the following week to interview with the CFO who was coming in from out of town. Again, felt positive, CFO ended with the thank you and we hope to fast track our decision-we’ll let you know either way. 1 week passed, not a word, 2 weeks past so I sent an inquiry, no reply, 3 weeks then 4- I sent one more follow up with no response again. There were many candidates interviewing and for all candidates out there- its such a vulnerable experience and when your told we’ll let you know either way and then they couldn’t take the time to cut a paste a generic sorry we decided to go with another candidate says a lot about how they treat people and its probably better to be ghosted now than later.
