It was a three step process, everyone was very friendly and I was impressed with the honesty and compatibility with everyone. Not acting like everything is perfect and just being truthful was very refreshing to hear. 3 steps, first was brief phone call with HR, followed by virtual meeting with manager, followed by meeting team.
