2 Rounds of Interview with senior associates, one virtual and one in person at their offices. They seemed confused within themselves about what they were looking for from the candidate. Kept insisting on the candidate having experience in two very different and non intersecting areas of practice.

Interview
It was with multiple lawyers 15 min each and they would ask either resume or personal questions, it was quick and easy. Just try and be conversational and enjoy it.
I had one phone screener followed by onsite. The onsite had me meet with the paralegal team and answer basic questions about skill and career goals. Overall, the interview was fairly easy.
