Met with HR Director, Plant Manager, Production Manager,Sales Manger, Owner of company and several other individuals. They took me on a tour of the plant and grounds and met with people in the dept that I would manage. They brought me back in for a followup interview to make sure they wanted me about 2 weeks later. Overall it was very relaxed. It was an interesting process. The company had a good feel to it.
