A phone interview then I was invited for an onsite group interview. I flew in and out the same day. They paid for the flight and I paid for everything else. It was a very long day. I left my home at 5:00 a.m. and returned at 11:00 p.m. The next day I sent a thank you note which was acknowledged. I never heard back from the hiring manager (or anyone else) so I assume I didn't get the job. I am very disappointed that they never got back to me. It would have taken few minutes of their time to copy and paste a template off the internet letting me know that they selected another candidate. That's the professional thing to do.
