hired right on spot with no real experience. was glad about that. but once i got to working there after 5 months of working there had yet to really gain any more hours than someone just starting out during month one. the worst part is they didnt even do a drug test. most if not all companies do one. makes me wonder if the company realizes that they maybe giving jobs to potent drug addicts.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
