I turned in my application had an interview right on the spot with a manager. The guy liked me so he sent me to interview with the general manager a few days later. She liked me and hired me on the spot. Started working about a week later because I had gotten into a car accident right after she offered me the job.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
