I worked as crew. The interview was tag-team style, they took turns asking me questions. ] For my interview, I had to apply online through the secure wendys site, and interviewed with the dm and gm of a different store. They asked me questions like how do I feel about my coworkers-am I comfortable delegating tasks. They asked me if I've ever worked long hours (over 40 a week) and how I felt about it-and what would keep me motivated to stay at the job. I showed up at my interview in a suit and nice shoes. It made a good impression - They contacted my stores gm and left a nice note about how sharp I looked. Dress for the job you want, not the job you have. That is my advice. As crew, we can wear any pants we want, as long as they are black. While it is tempting to purchase a pair of black dickies, splurge a bit and get some nice dress pants like the managers wear, and iron them every once in awhile. It really makes a huge difference in your appearence. I just tried to be honest as possible in the interview, without talking negatively about my store.
