Met at a store, the representative was late and interview was informative. The store was noisy, with guest coming in and out. It was just not the place for an interview.
Easy and prepare for behavioural questions. Also about your previous experience in food industry. I was asked about the availability too if you drive and how soon can you start working

Short, straight to the point, only asked about my location, hour and day preference, and the one major request was to not bring drama into the workplace. Asked about previous experience as well.
Easy process to interview with wendys. Worked there throughout high school and college. Great company to work for. Would be a good first job for any kids looking to make some extra money.
