I met with the manager and she asked my skills. She seemed nice, wanted to know if I was willing to close. I didn’t mind working the later shift and they paid pretty well.

The interview process was very easy. I applied online, and then they called and set up an interview. a bit later then they called and offered me the job and I started working that week
Short. Barely asked me much. Informal. Brought me into the lobby and asked me a few questions if I had ever been in a kitchen or worked in a corporate kitchen.
