sit down interview, with the manager of the restaurant. I explained my schedule and she told me what they expected and wanted. It lasted about thirty minutes and was rather peaceful. The job sounded easy but there were regulations I didn't like.

Interview
Fairly easy and straight forward. They asked basic customer service questions and how you got along with a team. Then after the interview, you're given a tour and then they'll call you back if you got an offer.
