Interview was a series of conversations with folks I'd work with in varying capacities. No gotchas, everything felt relevant to the job, so in terms of studying cross-referencing the job description with your resume and thinking about what you would do in that position should be sufficient.
I had to bow out before getting a decision on my final round due to another pending offer. The recruiter was beyond understanding and supportive of my decision which felt in line with the rest of my experience interviewing. Everyone felt like a genuinely good human being with immense respect for their colleagues at a company that values those things heavily.
Between that and the more overarching focus on ethics which can be so hard to find in tech I truly cannot recommend interviewing here enough,
Best of luck!
