I submitted an application online and was given a phone screen call about a week after doing so. During my interview, I met with the CEO himself and other senior executives to determine my fit for the role. I was asked to showcase my previous work and luckily had my laptop with me to do so. I was called in for a second interview, which was a little more informal but still required a sharp presence. Very kind but thorough interviewers.
