After 5 one-on-one interviews and 2 assessments, I was left hanging instead of formally rejected. The process was not difficult, but felt excessive and redundant with 7 parts that were scheduled one by one over time. My impression of management is that they are disorganized and disrespectful of candidates’ time. For example, the top manager I spoke with took two personal phone calls (on speaker) during my interview.** **Edited to say the above manager saw this review and thought it was appropriate to contact me with a strange defense/sob story as to why communications stopped cold for a month. He found it worth taking a few minutes to save face, but could not spare that same time to reply to my email or give any sort of update following such a lengthy interview process with negotiations. Suffice it to say, I would steer clear of this company. I got the sense that other employees I interviewed with were overworked and undervalued.
