I saw lots of interviews here in my time. My interview was straightforward. However, they did not introduce me to the person that would actually be my direct supervisor. It's not uncommon for them to leave that person out of the interview. I met with the EVP and a PX or two.

Filled out their online application and submitted a resume. I received a call back the same day (Friday) for a 15-minute "phone screen" at 9 am (Monday). Here we are, nearly a month later, and I can't get the "recruiter" to take my call or call me back.
