Interview
After a positive telephone interview, I was invited to a video interview in which I spoke to two colleagues who were extremely welcoming and helpful. Overall the Which? recruitment process was very enjoyable whilst also being challenging. I would recommend applying for this company.

To think of a time that I've received criticism and how I improved because of it.
Smooth process. Initial telephone conversation, followed by 2 stages of interviews on teams. The 1st one involved a competency based task - the interview took around an hour and half.

Oversold and under delivered. Lacked vision for changing. Not interested in new routes to market. Political agenda. Autonomous rule. Did not feel like an innovative organisation. Would not be a good fit.
