Meet Adam Sweet. Adam joined Which? in 2014 and since then has progressed in his career to become a team leader in our Trusted Traders Client Relationship Team. Which? Trusted Traders enable honest and talented traders to apply to undergo a rigorous assessment process and gives consumers the confidence they'll find the right person for the job. Adam says: ‘The sales adviser role has been one of my favourite roles. You are selling a great product with a big name behind you, and no traders are the same. It gave me an excellent foundation to progress my career!’ To find out more about available roles, visit: https://lnkd.in/gkBwB_e

It’s Stress Awareness Month and Dan Holden Chart.PR, MCIPR CIIC (He/Him/His), senior internal communications officer and Which? Feel Good champion, has experienced his share of stress. Prior to joining Which? I experienced a new work environment where the change in pace and workload hit me hard. Dealing with competing demands and working out of hours saw my stress levels increase every week. Before long, I couldn’t switch off. I wasn't eating well, only catching a couple of hours of sleep a night and being physically ill. Even though I didn't want to be, I was signed off work and all the worry was removed in that very moment. I decided to leave and have since become a Mental Health First Aider to support others. #StressAwarenessMonth #mentalhealth

I have been working at Which? full-time for less than a year

I joined Which? during the height of Covid and knew I had made the right decision even before my first day. My team are great and a real team who you could lean on for help. Everything has been done

None that I can point out. It would be nice to be back in the office but everyone is in the same position currently.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Which? (Bristol, England, England) in Sep 2020

The interview was via Google Video host by 3 of the Which? Staffs. They were really friendly and easy to talk to.
All the questions and procedures were very clear and because of that I felt comfortable the hole time.
Doing the interview online was really simple and straightforward.

The questions were to talk about me, my experience in customer services, and examples of go above and beyond with my customers, stressful situation and how I deal under pressure. I also had to do roleplay that was really fun. Overall I felt really prepared for the interview because I had a quick chat with one of the members of staff and she explained how the interview would be and made me feel really comfortable.
