Had lunch with them, all very nice and helpful. very good working environment.
It is a long day interview, talked to a lot od designers and answer their questions. Also learned a lot from them, very good experience.

Tive um processo de entrevista muito qualitativo, apresentei meus projetos e falei sobre a minha carreira de uma forma que o avaliador me fez perguntas muito especificas do meu trabalho e não obtive nenhum problema na entrevista.

Muitas pessoas envolvidas. Haviam mais de 10 pessoas na sala e muitas perguntas sobre a vida pessoal. Entendo que ter uma noção geral da vida do futuro funcionário é importante, mas na ocasião eu achei exageradamente invasivo. Pouco foi falado sobre meu trabalho ou sobre a equipe, pois pareciam desinteressados, como se já houvessem escolhido uma pessoa para vaga e tivessem ali só pra cumprir protocolo. Foi bem estranho.

I had first a phone interview. Typical HR questions, like what are your strongest points, your experiences etc. Then I was invited for a face to face interview. Friendly atmosphere, I was asked to represent my portfolio.
