I had three interviews on college campus for the Finance Development Program. All were behavioral. Whirlpool seemed to be looking for candidates with experience (whether work, internship, extra curricular or other) in Accounting, Finance, or other Business area applicable to the position for which I was applying. They were also looking for a cultural fit, specifically, someone who displayed humble confidence, desire to achieve better than average results and expand the value they create beyond the normal scope, and desire to learn.
