There are total 4 rounds .1. Telephonic 2nd 3rd and 4th are demo rounds. They give a pdf to prepare. They never have provided proper information and after we put in a lot of efforts to prepare their script , they literally reject us for really a silly reason. At least they should have had clearly mentioned to the candidates in the 1st round itself , what exactly they want. .actually they want out performers who will read their script and rather teaching nicely they want someone who ll manage screen sharing and show to the kids and parents how really we r they r advanced technically.. teaching coding is just about 20 percent rest its a pure business to make money...... We prepare a lot and they demotivate us and reject us in the last round They why they select in the 2 demo rounds?even though same type of questions were asked in every demo round. No professionalism. 2 weeks wasted.They should improve their management. And should provide proper information to the candidates. Its not a teaching job basically a business and teachers are like sales persons here.
