Whole Earth Provision Co. interview questions

Easy relaxed interview with a manager and department lead, questions were basic behavioral questions and questions relating to your hobbies and interests. The department lead grabbed a random piece of camping gear they sell and asked me to describe its features and sell it to them as if he was a customer.

I went to the store and asked if they had any vacancies, and they offered me a paper application. I filled out the application and returned it to the store. About a week later I got a call to talk to two of the hiring managers. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
