I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wiley Educational services (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone call with HR first, then invited in for group hiring event. Overall pretty confusing - looking at salaries at this company online before, it was very different from what they offered (43,000/year). Lovely people but VERY sales environment, despite being repeatedly told that this was "not a sales job". They also only give 24 hours to respond to an offer (average elsewhere is at least 3 days), which reinforces the idea that the job is just high-pressure sales.
I don't mind working in sales or helping people sign up for online courses, managing documents, etc, but the way they conducted the interview process made me feel like they job was likely more "pushing unsure people to sign up for classes", rather than helping people figure out if the college was actually for them or not. Made me uncomfortable as most of the potential students would have to take out huge loans.
Many upper management people seem lovely and personable, but the job itself is a large, never-leave-your-cubicle sales job.
