The process is usually 3-5 steps with multiple interviews depending on the role. The HR department looks for people who fit the culture more than their background and knowledge. Being a team player is the best way to be successful in the interviews
it was a smooth process 1 hr round and then 2 rounds of technical interviews mostly the expect you to know about your resume and should have specific examples to back it up
