I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WillowTree
Interview
First phone interview was above average on the generic first interview. A few detailed questions were asked and a SHORT algorithm coding question was asked. Using a word document as the code editor. So it was like 2 interviews combined into one. The "Final" interview is a set of 5-6 interviews which you can opt to spread them over multiple days. You will work on developing a project from the GROUND UP and have a architecture/backend design interview.
I was worried about the "final" set of interviews at first but everybody was really nice and within a few seconds of speaking with each interviewer it relieved a lot of the pressure.

Interview
It was very thorough, challenging my knowledge, but it also interviewed me as a whole person. The best thing about the process was I didn't feel like the technical interview was work that I wouldn't use on the job.
