Was brought in by a recruiter. Interview process was straightforward, annd took a little over ann hour. I got decision in a couple days. Appreciated they were respectful of my time.

Five year goals and if they could be accomplished in that firm.
The interview was standard. I met with one senior attorney who asked questions about my work experience and career goals. I appreciated her candor regarding the large billable hours requirement. I believe it was over 2100 hours per year at the time of my interview.

First round admin, second with 2 partners, but it was all remote, asked for writing sample prior to second round, didn’t make it to third with head partner. Ultimately glad, friend got laid off there.
