Interviews are short and consist of questions that will have nothing to do with the work you will perform (in my case). If applying for an overnight position; the interview will be conducted at an overnight shift hour (~1 am - 4am). Ultimately, the interview process is far too formal and serious for a minimum wage stocking position.
