Applied online and arranged in-person interview via phone. Interview process ran by manager. Manager was very friendly and welcoming. Seemed genuinely interested in having a conversation. Probably took 20mins max.

There was a phone interview first, and then an in-person interview with the owner. He asked very typical questions that I have heard at other interviews. Overall it was a very average interview.
