One round of phone screening with HR and another round of interview with the department director. The phone screen was typical with the regular questions to see your interest in the role. The second interview with the manager consisted of more department specific questions.

Phone interview. In person interview. Excel test. Online personality test (was strange). Met with a few people in the office. Asked some hard questions. Some easy. Nothing to crazy. Nice people.
