Had an initial call with an internal recruiter. He asked me to do a Codility test, which didn't seem too difficult. This required my screen, webcam and microphone to be recorded, which seemed a bit invasive. Really gave me a bad first impression. Received a template rejection letter not long thereafter. E-mailed asking for feedback and received no response.
