1st HR - screener and general background info
2nd - virtual panel with office leadership, more in depth & language skill check
3rd - in-person panel with office leadership
The interview for the sales associate position was standard. Questions covered experience and skills. The atmosphere was professional, and the interviewer seemed attentive. Overall, the interview process was straightforward and efficient. Both parties exchanged relevant information, and the experience was neither exceptionally positive nor negative.
