During the interview process, it was moreso to see if you are a team player and if you can multi task. Customer service is important so they want to make sure you are respectful and able to handle stressful situations
What are sales, can you handle high volume, what availability do you have?
Waited for a long time, you have to do the application does not just take resume. Wait time is very long manager makes you wait
