I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Women's Resource Center (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Scheduling with them was very difficult. They have very little respect for others' time. I cleared my day for an interview and they knew this. We had confirmed the day and time and at the last minute, they asked to move it to the following day. I couldn't make that day work and followed up with alternative days and options. They never replied again, even with two follow-up emails from me. In the end, their chaotic scheduling prevented me from interviewing and I have never been more unimpressed with an interviewing process. I would have to assume that this level of chaos and disrespect is baked into their working culture.

Interview
The interview was very laid back but also conveyed in a serious manner. The interviewers style was that of general conversation. The interview was held at a different location from worksite to protect integrity and safety, also to honor the privacy of clients.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Women's Resource Center (Winnipeg, MB) in Feb 2019
Interview
Standard phone interview with the usual questions, salary expectations and why you want to work here. Overall pretty straightforward caseload and organized environment, be wary that pay is a little low but that's to be expected in our field. Overall great organization that doesn't waste your time with month long interviews.
