I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie (Houston, TX) in Dec 2009
Interview
Behavioral interview, content test, case study/presentation, technical interview
It was a typical interview process for a consulting job, but not as difficult as a major firm. There was a bit more focus on content and experience because Woodmac competes based on its industry expertise.
The process was quite disorganized and long, as well. HR seemed useless. Interviewers were under prepared.

Question 1
Typcial consulting-style questions...Google them and practice. The process wasn't as high pressure as other interviews I had for consulting, but the consulting style interviews aren't natural.
Given case study beforehand, fairly doable interview as long as you know how to smoke. Interview process took a fairly long time though. Overall a decent experience so not too bad!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie in May 2023
Interview
HR got in touch with me pretty quickly. 1 round of phone call with the HR, 2 rounds of market sizing and case interviews. General impression is that interviewers are friendly.
