Meet the boss at a hotel lobby and we talked I told him my past was pretty rough and didn't look good but I will be your best salesman if he gave me a second chance in life.
Quick thirty minute interview with personable manager. Really focused on self-drive and character verses skills. Motivation goes a long way. However, it seems like there is a fast turn over with the company.

I waited a hour for a interview with another person. Then they took us to a room to talk about waste of time questions. After that they did a thirty question personality assessment (you can't fail). Once you are done they tell you to show up for orientation.
Do not waste your time unless you want to do Door to door selling.
