I applied online. I interviewed at WorkGenius (New York, NY) in Sept 2020
Interview
First I had a screening phone interview with HR, then a video interview with the hiring manager, a test writing assessment/cold call, and then another interview with the VP of sales. Marie, the HR manager, was very helpful and very responsive at all times.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself...why sales...how do you see yourself in 5 years.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WorkGenius (New York, NY) in Mar 2020
Interview
I was connected through a recruiting company, and it moved very fast and smoothly, to their credit. First was a meet and greet with the team, and with senior leadership at the recruiter's office. Then I came back and met with the sales leadership again and did some mock calls, after which they extended an offer. I told them I was eager to get the offer and was strongly considering it, but wanted to get back to them the next day, and not accept on the spot. They said they would send over the letter for me to review and I'd get back to them in the next couple days.
I never was sent over the offer, and never heard back any updates or any kind of communication from them at all, nor did my recruiter get any feedback from them. Even just a rescinding of the offer being communicated would be appreciated, it felt very unprofessional. I lost all interest and would have declined, if it ever even came through.
